  • Building 100 single-family homes generates more than 300 jobs, $14.5 million in salaries and wages, and $8.9 million in federal, state and local tax revenue.

  • Building 100 single-family homes supports 57 permanent jobs in the community.

  • Accordingly (per the NAHB), the FRLP project (320 homes) will:

    • Create more than 960 construction jobs, $46.4 million in salaries and wages, and contribute $28.48 million in federal, state and local tax revenue; and,

    • Support 182 permanent jobs in the community.
